  • Cost control and financial appraisals through the course of the project;
  • Advising clients on the contractual terms of the project including warranties;
  • Production of designs and specifications;
  • Advising on procurement methods and forms of tender;
  • Managing formal appointments of contractors and designers;
  • Chairing meetings and issuing of certificates through to completion;
  • Performing handover duties and final sign off of the project.

Project Monitoring

  • Attend, Client, Design and Project meetings on behalf of the client;
  • Advise on land and property acquisition matters;
  • Advise on Statutory compliance;
  • Advise on the competency of the developer, the professional team and contractors;
  • Liaise with all parties on behalf of the client;
  • Advise on financial aspects including consultancy and construction agreements;
  • Advise on development costs and programming;
  • Advise on type of contract and any contractual issues;
  • Advising on quality and specification standards;
  • Comment upon contractor progress reports and provide status reports;
  • Review or prepare all project documentation including contractor invoices

Employers Agent / Client Representative

Hyperion Property Consultants role as Employers Agent / Client Representative includes:

  • Attend, Client, Design and Project meetings on behalf of the client;
  • Provide clear communication between the client and the developer's professional team;
  • Advise on land and property acquisition matters;
  • Advise on Statutory compliance;
  • Advise on the competency of the developer, the professional team and contractors;
  • Coordinate and manage the contractual process;
  • Cost management advice including consultancy and construction agreements;
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process;
  • Advising on quality and specification standards;
  • Regular reporting and monitoring of KPI's;
  • Review or prepare all project documentation including contractor invoices
